I made this recipe for a party and it was a huge hit. I would recommend doing this the night before or even early in the day so that way it has enough time to cool and set in the fridge. I think the next time I make this I will add walnuts to the white chocolate filling.
- 1 tube (16.5oz) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 1/4 c. white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. bittersweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line 9" sqaure baking pan with enough foil to overhand sides by 2"; coat with cooking spray. Press cookie dough into bottom of pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden and slightly firm. Cool on rack until set, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 cup white chocolate chips on high for 10 second intervals, stirring until melted; cool to room temperature.
- Whisk condensed milk, eggs and vanilla into melted white chocolate until blended; pour over cookie layer in pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden and set.
- Sprinkle bittersweet chocolate chips on top and let stand until melted, 5 minutes then spread evenly. Melt remaining 1/4 cup white chocolate chips; drizzle over chocolate. Using toothpick, swirl the chocolates together. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
